Let’s unpack this thought today. Stay FOCUSED, stay in FAITH and walk in LOVE!
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE:
“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.“ (Genesis 1:27-28(KJV)
“And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.” (Genesis 1:29 (KJV)
Today’s Title: “USING THE SEED SYSTEM TO PROSPER“
Have you ever been waiting and waiting for a fruitful time or harvest time to come into your life?
Have you ever said, “How long do I have to wait, Lord?” Well, you don’t have to wait anymore: see, you can start using the seed system God put into the Earth to prosper His people – everything in life is produced by the “seedtime and harvest” system: trees, flowers, grass, babies, etc…
“And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much. And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much. And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing. And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury: For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.” (Mark 12:41-44)
When you fail the seed test, you are actually failing God system called seed. Why? Because God knows that if you fail the seed test, He can’t trust you with the harvest. See, the seed is to prepare your heart for the harvest. With the seed, you have another chance but, once the harvest comes, it fulfills the seed principle – the harvest that the Kingdom will produce is far greater than anything you, in the world, can produce: God has to know that He can trust you.
A trained, faithful person who has been faithful over a small seed will be faithful over larger seed. What Jesus does with the seed, specifically planted seeds, is that He trains us so that we can be matured and handle the BIG harvest when it comes. The fact is: most Christians don’t have their harvest yet because they haven’t been trained properly with the seed. Yeah, you may have sown a few seeds here or there but consistence in sowing seeds is the key!!
The seed is the training ground for the harvest: if you flunk the seed test, you’ll never see the God kind of harvest. Seed failure will shut all harvest down. So, some people may say, well, “I’m going to pray.” Go ahead and pray. But, I want you to know this: nothing talks to the harvest and accelerate the harvest but the seed.
Remember, the seed is always guaranteeing a harvest. You can compare the seed of Jesus being put in the grave. It had to come back up and produce.
How long have you been trying to make your money stretch without seed – without sowing proper seeds? You see, farmers never sow half a row. Why? Because they don’t want half a crop; they never sowed in the wrong place, because they knew that seed would not come up.
With the help of the Holy Spirit, it is possible to pass the seed test – as a matter of fact, it’s like taking a test you already have the answers to. God will direct you in your sowing, all He needs is your willing and obedient participation. Certain things you can sow into right away and receive a harvest right away: the Kingdom of God, Church Projects, God’s Leaders (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher) and by obeying the Holy Spirit right away!!
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
“Father, in the name of Jesus, I am so thankful that You are always mindful of the time, money, and talents – as well as the blood, sweat, and tears – that I’ve poured into my life assignment. Sometimes, when it gets hard or when I get physically or emotionally exhausted, I am tempted to think no one sees or appreciates what I have done, but You have seen it all, and You are going to be faithful to see that I am rewarded for what I have done. I thank You for being so steadfast and faithful and for promising that I will be recompensed for everything I’ve done with a right heart! I plant seed to go and grow, in Jesus’ name! Father, I thank You for honoring Your Word and causing my situation to turn around. I pray this in the name of Jesus, as I always minister from a position of Peace, Power, Prosperity and Wisdom! Amen.”
